How to install BMW Connected
- Download APK file apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file. You can find it in the system tray or in the 'Download' folder using any file manager.
- If the file downloaded in .bin extension (WebView bug on Android 11), rename it to .apk using any file manager or try downloading the file with another browser like Chrome.
- Start the installation. Click on the downloaded file to start the installation
- Allow installation from unknown sources. If you are installing for the first time BMW Connected not from Google Play, go to your device's security settings and allow installation from unknown sources.
- Bypass Google Play protection. If Google Play protection blocks installation of the file, tap 'More Info' → 'Install anyway' → 'OK' to continue..
- Complete the installation: Follow the installer's instructions to complete the installation process.
How to update BMW Connected
- Download the new version apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file and click on it to start the installation.
- Install over the old version. There is no need to uninstall the previous version.
- Avoid signature conflicts. If the previous version was not downloaded from apkshki.com, the message 'Application not installed' may appear. In this case uninstall the old version and install the new one.
- Restart annex BMW Connected after the update.

My car electronics dose don't perform the same as when I first purchased the car . I don't like that for the change was not for the better. This happened when the app force me to upgrade it then again to the car. For example my auto start once now not twice. My screen has also changed.

2022 UPDATE: NOT able to open this app, but the MyBMW app is informative on charging level, miles, you name it. PRIOR REVIEW in 2019, on my prior X3: Had one little hiccup when I could not get into it but other than that it is really good. It tells me where I left my car, how much gas I have left in it, and a host of other information such as average speed and average miles per gallon.
It's a bad app, cost alot and rarely works, I can't understand how BMW keeps going with this and for so long. Who ever is coding this for you, your paying way too much. Time to move on! You can always hire me I will vet your team and make sure you have a product you can be proud of and actual increases revenue.

Useless app. It doesn't do much and what it does is not practical. Why do you even bother to make a POS app like this?! 🤬
