User Agreement

The present agreement regulates the relations between the Administration of the site "APKshki.com" and a natural person who searches, distributes and gets information by means of the site "APKshki.com".

Parties to the Agreement Administration of information resource "APKshki.com" (hereinafter referred to as APKshki.com) located at the domain APKshki.com, hereinafter referred to as Administration, and the natural person who is searching, distributing and getting information by means of this resource conclude the User Agreement, hereinafter referred to as Agreement, about the following.

Subject of the Agreement the Administration provides the user with access to APKshki.com and the possibility to search on APKshki.com, receive from APKshki.com and place on APKshki.com the following published materials:

• textual information;
• images and photos;
• binaries and archive files;
• links to the materials located on or off APKshki.com.

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right:

• Search, transfer, store and distribute information on APKshki.com in any lawful way;
• comment on the information provided by other users;
• evaluate information and comments posted by other users by rating a limited number of times;
• Demand that the Administration remove the account and all information posted by the User.

The Administration has the right:

• at its own discretion to create, modify and delete rules for the use of APKshki.com;
• at its own discretion fully or partially limit the User's access to APKshki.com or its separate components;
• at its own discretion, prohibit the User to create an account on APKshki.com;
• at its own discretion, review, delete or edit all information posted by the User, including registration data and inboxes.

User undertakes:

• Ensure that the information transmitted is accurate;
• Publish the authorship of the information, the author of which is not the user;
• Not to distribute information, which distribution is restricted or prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including, if a criminal or administrative responsibility is established for distribution of information;
• not to break functionability of APKshki.com by spreading information containing viruses, creating additional load on the server, using undocumented functions and features;
• Not to distribute software that requires an additional fee for use (excluding the cost of Internet traffic) without the consent of the Administration
• Do not distribute advertising messages and materials without the consent of the Administration
• not to distribute links to file hosting, except the cases when placing files on the servers of APKshki.com is impossible due to technical or legal restrictions
• not to discuss and not to disclose the features of work of grades and voting system APKshki.com, not to ask other users to put the positive marks, not to promise other users the positive marks for some actions or services
• not to cheat votes, not to vote intentionally for materials posted by any particular user
• not to use obscene words, not to insult other users of APKshki.com;
• not to register more than one account at APKshki.com except for the cases when the registration of the additional accounts is agreed with the Administration.

The Administration is obliged:

• In case the User posts information the distribution of which is restricted by the legislation of the Russian Federation, either issue a warning to the User and delete such information, or delete the User's account with all the posted materials, or apply both measures simultaneously;
• Provide all available information about the User to the authorized public authorities, in the cases and manner established by the laws of the Russian Federation;
• Protect the information entered by the User from unauthorized access.

Other conditions.

1. Important: The user downloads the software from APKshki.com at his own risk. The user agrees that the use of the software posted on APKshki.com may be charged. The user realizes that the software on APKshki.com can be posted by other users and the Administration does not pre-moderate the posted content.

2. The User understands and agrees that all posted information may be used by search engines or by other means.

3. the Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted work of APKshki.com.

4. In case of force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, actions of authorities) the Administration doesn't guarantee the safety of information and uninterrupted work of APKshki.com.

5. Responsibilities of the parties In case the actions of the User lead to any claims by third parties, including in the sphere of copyright and related rights, all responsibility and expenses, such as: compensation of losses, damages, including moral damages, court expenses, fines, expenses arising from the conclusion of settlements and other expenses, including damage to business reputation, incurred by the Administration or third parties, is assumed by the User.

6. Term and conditions of the agreement This Agreement comes into force either from the moment of registration of the user and providing him with the account, or from the moment of downloading the software or design themes posted at APKshki.com, depending on what moment comes earlier, and is valid for an indefinite period. The administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the provisions of the Agreement, the User can be notified about the changes using the technical means of APKshki.com. The current version of the Agreement is located at the following address: https://apkshki.com/page/agreement. This Agreement includes Privacy Policy that defines the terms of processing any information about the User that the Administration can get in the process of using Apkshki.com by the User. Using APKshki.com means unreserved consent of the User to the terms of this Agreement. In case of disagreement with these terms the User must refrain from using APKshki.com.
