In 2018, I do follow your home workout app, and I think it's not hard, but because of pandemic, right now, doing this height increase app steps for the first time makes me almost lost conscious. Lol, at past I can say that I have a good physical body because I do calisthenics, but now, lol, can't believe. After trying, I do believe that it will help me increase my height. Well, I can say that, your app is not for beginner, also after I first try the home exercise in the past, I do believe it is.

I have never used like the app before. Its a very amazing. I like it because its a offline app and we can use it in any situations and places. I have a better experience in this app. And the voice was coming from the app was in detailed and it was saying about every exercises. I like it so much.

This app is life changer, when I started using this app I used to live next to a mouse called Jerry, we had a shared front door which we had to run in to everytime a nasty cat Tom came along. Now after just 39 hours a day following these workouts my spine is so long I'm like a worm, so can fit down between the gaps in the floorboards, stupid cat can't get near me. Thanks a million

Hey guys! This app is cool, you should really get it. Idk if I get the results, but its super good. You should try out the other fitness apps of this company, they are all GOOD. This one I downloaded cuz I need 3 to 4 more inches in height and the other reviews were really good and said I will get results. I will edit and tell if they work, but the programme, voice, and animations are all excellent as always. Definitely recommended. 😁😊👍👍🤍 H-Y-P-E-R-E-X-T-E-N-S-I-O-N 😅😂

I have been using this app since 1 week, I always repeat it's daily workouts like 2-3 times, I have not seen any differences yet though. Maybe it is because it has been only a week but the exercises have made me feel fresher and more energetic than usual. I will give an update few months later so that you guys will be able to know how effective it's exercises are. Edit : I have grown 3-4 cm! Yes it's been a long time since I started using the app, but it works! Just be patient :)
