this app is very good for my body it actually helped me out and there is somany things to do on it if you have a painful parts it can help you and it so fun to work and even reminds you when to do it it is free to download and sometimes it have adds but it doesn't pop out that much you should try it guys no matter what you look like it can still fix your body if your fat or you want have abs and you can even make you own exercises more than one it so good for a body problem
I give this a 5-star rating because it not only helps you to get it does not only help you to get six packs but it helps you to learn how to exercise and lose lose body weight I hope you guys tried this cuz this is a nice weight lossing help that you can get from this app I recommend this more than any other else app like this this teaches you how to get up early and do what you need to do and all of that so I recommend it I hope you guys try this out cuz I love using this exercise app bye
I am 63 and love this app. Builds you up in time of exercise and level of difficulty. Explains what each exercise is focusing on. I do at least two different sets a night. Love the sleepy time stretch before I go to bed.
Very good app! I love how it includes rest days, and how you can sync with Google Fit. I feel like I personally can stay more committed with this app because of the schedule it provides, whereas others you just kind of have to figure it out yourself, and as a beginnerlike myself that can get confusing. I also really enjoy how the exercises aren't the exact same every day so you dont have to worry about getting bored or losing interest! Also no equipment needed! Yay!
Thia app is absolutely amazing! Not only is it free but it is very easy to use and the ads do not get in the way and are not annoying. the exercises are great and not overwhelming. You can do them anytime anywhere. Also the daily tips are so helpful, and adding that little bit of advice each day keeps adding to your knowledge of healthy living for you to continue to be successful. Definitely download, very helpful in making your fitness goals more obtainable!
This app is awesome. I started with beginners, some places I do more then asked and then hit next. Sometimes I skip the breaks, I'm glad it has this buttons, sometimes I don't need 30sec break. My endurance has gotten better within a week. Every day it's a different set of exercise which I love because it's not routine. The app is not to strenuous that makes you want to quit. I Feel like it's the right amount and level to keep one motivated!
If ur wiling to do the work it's a useful app. I started with the beginningers course to ease back into working out but mostly cuz I do it before bed. It's great for those who are just starting to work out, need to get back into a routine or just want a light workout. The app gives detailed instructions and even more detailed videos. With bonus workouts to download. The workouts aren't very long either, and u can go at ur own speed. I'm looking forward to trying the higher levels.
I love this app. Perfect for me as the most unathletic person ever to grace this planet. The routines slowly increase in difficulty, allowing your ability to grow. The app also gives you easier options for certain workouts. For example, I can't do a regular plank because of my weak shoulders, so the app told me to do a straight arm plank. My abs were more defined after only 2 weeks. My confidence is through the roof. I'd definitely give it a try.
Very good app! Not too many pop up adds. You only see them when you finish a workout and then maybe a few else where. My favorite part about this app is that you can customize your own work outs! I really enjoy this because I can choose which exercises I want to use and exactly how many of them I want to do. Now I can create workouts that fit me and my time schedule! Oh plus it's more fun to make your own!!! 🙂🙃😁
