Fitbit app is not tracking my steps. Allowed and checked permission settings on my phone and tried to fix this on my own. Just doesn't work. uninstall and reinstall done too

It's was good from the start, but now I can't even find the notifications in the app for my watch... due to that I no longer receive anything from my watch .. don't know what else to do.

since Google has taken over, I have trouble getting the app to sinc with my versa 2. now it shows in the app a different distance and steps than my versa . there is also no data on my heartbeat. the versa is recording my heartbeat, but not crossing to the app. this is very poor. it worked great until Google took it over.

My Fitbit watch and app have been a great tool in my goal of losing weight. The app is easy to use and can be customized to your needs. For me, calorie tracking has been critical in me losing weight. The watch and app tracks calories burned, and entering food in the app is easy enough. Knowing what and how much I can eat has made my weight loss journey that much easier.

I love how accurate this app is for tracking my period, but the last update made what used to be a simple interface more complicated and less user friendly. Logging my data takes longer with the extra steps. It's very annoying.

I hate Fitbit. I don't want to be reminded to move or exercise. I only want my heart rate. I can't figure out how to turn off all the nags to move or to stand without removing the chance for life-saving heart information or calling 911 if my heart stopped beating. developer response comes from a bot completely fake doesn't work Link doesn't even open that they sent me try that link.

Could use a few tweaks, specifically in the female health tracker, but I like the many features it does have. I've had no issues with the app working properly, other than the Dashboard doesn't update well with the data you've entered. The data is there in the fields but often not displayed on the Dashboard. I love that I can link it to both my LoseIt! app and my Dexcom app.

This app is extremely buggy. My calories entered just disappear!!!!! They don't show up on the main interface and then they show up in the log but not compared against calories burned!!! If I make a change to a previous day, EVERY SINGLE LOG DISSAPPEARS. Please contact me. I will send screenshots. I may use another app to track my calories. Very upset.

FIX YOUR FOOD TRACKER. It has become broken to the point of being useless since the last few updates. It used to be a matter of not properly saving or updating "recent" or "frequent" foods, but now it has started to actually delete foods that I have previously logged from my day's report! Changes my calories to a few hundred in and rendering it completely useless. At this point I might as well switch to an entirely different food logging app.

Fitbit gates 85% of the app for the Premium/Paid. You can workout and track everything your watch has, but the app could be much better if there was free content (like what they have on the site) accessible instead of taunting us w content to only find out it's gated later. My scale also doesn't always sync w the app so it's a guessing game if it works most of the time. I still use it, but could be better.

App and watch don't always sync and I have to reset the watch. I have to weigh myself and update the data. I expected the app to at least suggest where I should be based on my exercise and food intake. Otherwise I really like the Fitbit. UPDATE: The app has stopped showing my food input on the main screen and the calories don't add up when I input on the 2nd screen. I deleted & reinstalled it but it doesn't have any info since 6/26. Today is 7/6.
