best app for workout 💪😁
awesome app 👍👍

best aap for home workout 💪💪
nice app
Only has adds at the very beginning and very end. Good workout that gets harder over time. The animations are helpful and the app has just the right options like adding time to the rest interval and a restart for each individual exercise if you weren't ready. I highly recommend giving it a try.
I'll focus now
I'm on day 3 with the app after two days of just winging it and I'm already seeing results. I love it. The workouts are easy enough to do but challenging enough to get results. The only problem I have is with limited equipment often times the "rest" periods aren't enough time to even set up for the next excersize. Luckily they have a pause option which is helpful with that. I'm doing this plus walking 2mi a day and I already am feeling like I'm gonna be ripped in no time.
Feel the burn! Really works your arms but make sure your dumbbells do not have detachable weights (basically one weight only, all in one unit). Occasionally it will have you lift the weight over your face and body and you don't want a "do it yourself" nose job. My only critism is that it would be nice to have a visual preview while in a rest intermission OR animation while paused to get a idea how to do the exercises before actually doing them... at the very least in the beginner catagory.
I usually have a hard time sticking to exercise routines, but I thought I'd give this app a try. I just moved on to the advanced level and boy can I tell a difference! Combined with an improved diet, I have already lost 15 pounds and gained a considerable amount of muscle. I love the way I feel and I actually look forward to my daily morning workout. I agree with the lack of customization and repetitiveness, but I usually switch the workouts up myself and go beyond the suggested reps.
veryyy nice app for home workout
Please add the ability to pause between workouts, especially for the first week or so. 20 secs is not enough to get set up when you have never done it before. Also the ability to cast to a TV would be nice. Otherwise pretty good for a free app!
Really liking this so far. Workouts are brief, but tough, and good for a beginner like me. I love the variation in exercises and the gentle increase in difficulty over time, too. Big request is to add an option to let us add warm-up/stretchin (& maybe cardio) exercises to the 30 Day plan, so it can be more complete. I think the calorie counts aren't quite accurate, too. I don't see how the Full Body Stretch burns 40+ calories in 5 minutes...
