The app sometimes misdirect and.make the work so.difficult. I have also complained about the identity of riders and that has NOT been done . Some of us will stop driving on this app if the identity of the riders are not known. I have tried several times and still trying to download the app but it is not been possible.

This app is doing so well but need to add names of the riders to their contact. Other apps are doing same and the transactions are very easy. Payment of bonuses are excellent without stress. Keep it up for us to become the best

Every week I must do a three times updating of this app. Otherwise I'll not be able to get trips. Worst of all, one person can make a request for a car then two drivers will arrive at the same location to pick up that rider. How??

The app is a good one notwitgstanding but the prices they charge for the kind of distances covered do not measure up. This is the reason why most online drivers choose to drive on other ride hailing apps rather than yango. If the prices turn out to be good and the pick up distances are reduced, many drivers will prefer this. The riders are misusing the 2 cedis base rate. They make drivers drive all the way only to oick them to a very short distance because they know they'll only pay 2 cedis.

fixed fares are the worst. you dont get compensated for time spent in traffic exceeding actual trip duration. that means extra fuel lost. also frequent innacurate rider pickup locations. I get thrown off so many times! Another thing is this app is a huge resource hog.
