This app is absolutely useless.Sometimes worls , sometimes doesn't. One minute you can see the dot is moving the next is stuck even though the person is 10 miles away from that place. How am I supposed to make sure my child is OK?!

Awesome app I have ever seen !! It was really hard for me to find an app to track my kids because I have an android phone & my kids haveiPhone, but this app did the trick! I love the process that the app can track in real time, as well as see how fast they're traveling . Another great feature is getting alert when my kid's phonebattery is getting low.

Not impressed. Not liking this app at all. Does not have a real time display; won't change from km/hr to mph; have to go back to change terrain view. Circle members are experiencing the same dilemma. Put in two 'help' emails & have had no response. Also, this app is a drain on battery life.

The normal function of showing the location works in the moment when it is transmitted. The history shows complete wrong data, locations are shown somewhere else - This has been extra carefully tested by us and applies to all Network Providers that are using shared wifi as a service by the network provider. That needs to be updated, the history also shows to less detailed information even when it works. Clicking on a history entry, make the app minimizing instead of showing potential details.

Horrible! I installed the app, ready to go Premium. Created a Family circle for myself and my daughter. She installed the app, standing next to me. Now the app reports her to be a mile away. Then the app reports me being a mile in the opposite direction. We both change locations on the map while standing next to each other! A dangerous app to rely on when you have kids.

I haven't been using this app for too long, but there is one mistake. The GPS isnt accurate. Im in a different place than where I actually am, for example I live down the road from an old age home. But it says I'm at the old age home, but I'm further away. Please fix that, other than that I like the work and creativity that went into this app. Please just make it more precise. ♡

Family Locator is entirely too slow to update to be used for emergency app, especially when I paid for the premium services. I had the app set to run in the background and even pinned the app open always. I still had to go into the app to update my location history and it would update hours of history in 5 minutes time. This app is meant to be for emergency purposes and peace of mind and it is anything but useful when you cant even count on the free service. Theres a reason premium is so cheap.

Excellent app !! I have been using this app for about two months and have added family and friends to it. It gives me peace of mind when my kids are out and about and I can track where they have been. I also love that I can input the address of known locations .I am considering the premium version to unlock additional features now that I have two kids driving.

Can't even get it to start. Stuck in some wierd loop where I keep putting my email in, it says welcome back, I put my password in that I just set a couple screens before, then it goes back to where I put my email in, will not get past this. Never got any email to confirm or anything. Thanks for an app that doesn't even work. Uninstalled.
