I haven't used this app very long, but I used it when I made purchases at a local store that uses Shop. The store sent the receipt to my email, but I never received it. The store sent it again, I still didn't get it. The shop app shows 1 of my purchases, but not the 2nd one. I verified that the credit card charge went through. I've reported this issue to their support team and will update my review when I hear from them.

Who do I contact for order placed on app from a scam store? I have contacted the merchant who deleted their store and blocked my emails and I simply just want my $100 back. It's been a month and still no resolution.

why is it bloody impossible to replace phone # no longer in use and update it with current phone # in use!?! Why not email verification code # instead of texting it only!?!? it's saying "too many attempts. please try again later" but doesn't say how long later is...Uninstalling #%$🤬

Downloaded the app, of course, and then while going through setup could not believe how much informational access it required. It automatically gives itself access to very personal information attached to the email account used without giving you the option to deny access to person messages in the email, etc. If you don't, it does not let you continue to use the app. Such an inconvenience and red flag for the request to access too much personal information. Uninstalled! Less that 1 star given

Great app! It's easy to use. A lot of different companies use this as their payment app and you can pay in installments (if good credit), and they have great discounts and coupon codes available! It's very easy to contact the sellers and actually get a timely response back! I highly recommend this app! I've purchased a few items through different companies on this app and it's been great each time!

Great app. I was hesitant to download at first. I bought a product and it wanted me to download this to track my stuff instead of just showing me themselves. This app tracks all my purchases. I didn't realize it would do that. It scans my email and Amazon account. I like shopping. I usually get 15-20 packages a week. This is a unified place for me to see all my packages without going through all my apps and emails.

This app was amazing before the last update U/I change. A simple interface that clearly lays out all packages needs to be added back in. I do not need to see pictures of items, ads, etc... when I am looking for a package. Also, I find that it now never updates packages to "delivered". I am constantly having to mark those myself. If interface isn't changed, I'll have to look elsewhere for a different tracking app.

So this app is great I like it takes my orders and organizes them yes I could always go to the website where I placed them or check my emails and place reminders in my calender, but why go through all that hassle when the app does it for you. What I have found after a year or so of use; is that at times some accounts become disconnected, which isn't much of an issue at all just click the refresh and it's back to doing what it does track your purchases.
