How to install Word Trip

The game is enjoyable. I have trouble with ads freezing the app. (you can pay to go and free) There's also an annoying lag in swiping to form words.

For 2 days Word Trip won't open the "Quest Center" or the "View Event" and leaves the message "Word Trip keeps stopping. Close app." I've restarted my phone, and the app is up to date. Still the problem persists. It was one of my favorite games. I would love to play again and rate it higher when the issue resolved.
