Installation

I was with my friends we are not from russia. when I ordered..The driver took 12 mins to reach my destination as soon as he saw us approaching his car he turned the car and very quickly drove off..he even cancelled the order...and we had to wait for another 8-10 mins. Worst experience.
I installed this app and ordered a cab .. the driver went to different point than my location .. the app gave wrong location .. chat with the driver to reach me on couple of roads distance .. he refused and charged me full amount Rubles 680. The rate was more expensive than other company and not as good as others. I didn't like the treatment and deleted the app. Bad service.

Абсолютно недостоверные прогнозы прибытия такси и времени поездки. "Осталось 5 минут" - так полчаса.
они нас обманули и даже не помогают нам в поддержке мошенников.
таксисты постоянно приезжают не туда, откуда я отправил запрос. ещё и штрафы берут за то что я их каждый раз ищу. надоело.
Не оказалось денег на карте, рассчитался наличкой, в итоге списали позже деньги ещё и с карты и поезда вышла в 2 раза дороже 👍
