This WAS one of my top 3 design apps I use for dream home designing. I love thier exstensive collection of items and paints and everything u can modify. The premium version WAS 100% worth 100% the community is still great, but it glitches out way too much for a paid subscription sometimes won't save lost 36 hr worth of work for a client. So mad rn.

This app was not what I expected. I was hoping to make my own design using a grid to create the footprint and then style the room. Instead, it gave me room designs to style.

not sure where you get the file to upload layouts, but i cannot inout room measurements. They only have premade layouts or you upload a file. again not sure what file type or where you create your layout.

been using it since the old version was around in 2010. you know the one with the 80s wallpaper,80s decor in the gallery etc. I kinda miss that version but at the same time the new version makes drawing rooms much easier and precise. for some reason though the new version wont run on the web on my Chromebook is just loads constantly.i also don't like how 3d view makes everything so bland and white washed I think the old version had a better 3d view

My old feedback: This is the best design/decor app. Works great, lots of options, fun and just awesome. UPDATE: Initially, I gave the app 5 stars. This was with the old version. Newer version is not as good. I hate redesigned rooms where you click items to add. Also, uploading the photos of empty room doesn't work: it is a glitchy feature, my mobile screen turns black and freezes. Wish they would bring back the old version.

Try it! I recommend HomeStyler over any other "design" app out there. This App is addictive, fun and inspiring. It's actually the only app on my phone that i spend a significant amount of time on. Also NO ADS which is great. Not only entertaining, but also a good way to get my creative fix anytime day or night. Once u get the hang of it, the options are nearly limitless as far as creating your own designs. There have been a few glitches here and there during recent updates but nothing major.

I Really like the concept of this design app, however it has way too many glitches. My designs are getting more difficult to post, items are not loading properly, there are no distinguishing features on certain pieces like wall art and, many items are just white. When posting a completed design, app will crash and not save anything so, needless to say I have to start over which is very very frustrating. If all glitches were properly addressed and fixed this would be a five star app. Please fix!

Searching for things is difficult. Placing things can be difficult too, the gestures seem to get confused via the app ie trying to move something and the object gets bigger or smaller. A lot of content is either a "model number" or in some Asian language, so, again, the searching is difficult. It took way more time and battery life than I wanted to give. Uninstalling.

Has a lot of potential moving objects, painting etc is very difficult on a phone, also unless I was doing something wrong would be nice when you add more then one object you could layer them on top of each other. As far as the painting or adding flooring goes it never ended up in the spot I placed it at... like I said this app has great potential but still needs work
