Loved the game at first now I'm having to many crashes. The key problem was solved. Having fun now playing it again. But, the bonus gifts we get in the chest everyday still revert back to box 1. But I've excepted it's a bug that will never get repaired. Why you think Ive just joined my Co-op today puzzles me. I've been a member since 2009. I like the new features keep them.

the only problem I have with this game is it keeps crashing every time I get into the game using the Internet. but if I'm not using the Internet it doesn't crash. please fix. I really love this game.

I enjoy the game, but to get anywhere, you need to buy items. Which are expensive! You need keys for almost everything, between 150-500 keys. If you don't have any, must buy, with YOUR real cash. Not sure if I will continue this expensive game. The regular Farmville was easy, fun & inexpensive. Plus, if you don't know anybody who plays, there's no option to find new friends, like the original Farmville use to do. Disappointed in Zinga. Tried Farmville 3, but that was even worst!

It's ok . The game tends to freeze quite frequently and not just that when switching to a new device with this game you have to start all over instead of start where you've been and then after a while you can go back to your original game which is quite annoying there should be a way to just skip the whole BS part and go straight to where you left off when you had to reload it to a new device

I have played, and enjoyed, this game for years, but lately I haven't been enjoying it!!! I haven't been able to chat, I can't see what I write or what my coop writes. When I finish a boat race task I have to restart the game to be able to select a new task. This has been going on for more than 2 months now, I did the updates that supposedly were supposed to fix these issues but they didn't fix anything!!! I have changed from a 5 star rating to 2 stars, just too frustrating now to play!!

Loved it at first but the market won't load and I have to restart the game to get it to and by then most of the stuff is gone. Hardly ever get good rewards anymore. Tried all the suggestions. Now reinstalling. If that don't help I may just quit and really enjoy this one after playing township for years. Have reached out to support numerous times with no resolution to any of the issues. Slows down game progress. Cannot finish quest. Can't contact support.

I loved this game until the recent update to the order board. Changing wait time when cancelling an order from 10 to 30 minutes, and all the orders got more difficult - 2 of everything, and mostly all rare and difficult to get items - have taken all the fun out of it. I don't know why "upgrades" have to make a game harder to play and less fun. Uninstalling.

It is a cute game and I enjoy playing it, when it lets me on. It is constantly freezing and crashing. Takes multiple times to attempt to load the game just for it to freeze and/or crash. Makes it really hard to do the times quesrs when the game wont even let you on! Please fix this. It is pretty obvious you have had SEVERAL complaints about the crashing/freezing. Please make that a priority. None of the addresses you gave are valid.
