This app is amazing but there is still a lot of room for improvement. 1. When you click on the "Send Us Feedback" button the place where all the contact info should be is blank and nothing else happens. So yheres no way to contact you. 2. After each call there is a menu that pops up asking if there were any issues with the call - when I try to click and report any issues nothing happens. I'm not taken anywhere. I have so many issues to report but no where to report them.

After a call app asks for feedback but only accepts positive feedback, also on the app itself the "send feedback" link is broken. So, here's feedback sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work. Happy the app exists, I'm a volunteer. Manually updated to the latest version just now because there were issues on the last call. Fix this issue and I'll update review and rating. 💪💞

For my first call today, from a lady who needed IT help because (she thought) Google had suspended one of her business email accounts. The picture quality was really blurry, but fortunately, despite being vision impaired, she could read the small letters on her laptop screen clearly. I tried to help her as best I could, even though I'm not IT, but the sound and picture froze and then the call crashed. I hope the next person she reached had experience with business Gmail accounts.

It's so amazing to be able to help someone in need when they need it. I get maybe 1 call every 2-3 months, which isn't a lot at all, and everyone I've talked to is so nice. Be my eyes is a great way to give back to people.
