Reviews for Castle Raid!
Overall entertaining game, although after making it past level 100, the game does not seem to have a great deal of depth to it. The levels are very much the same, some seem to be identical to previous ones and so after awhile, it looses its glow. Nonetheless, a fun app to play here and there. I'd give it 5 if there was more variety in the level environments.
While the game itself is fine enough, the ad monetization is a little much. If there is a way to customize your ad package that you allow onto your games, you should utilize it, and make sure that you don't have ads that won't close (3 minutes on a still screen after the video and no X in the corner) and forces you to close the app in order to get literally anything else on your screen. Uninstalled.
Unlike most games it actually plays as advertised which is nice. The downside is that it's a total grinder for advertising revenue. Every single level requires you to watch an advert to progress to the next level and power ups also require a view. If you repeat the level they also try to make you watch advertisements to upgrade your units should you not have the in game funds to pay for upgrades. Actually a decent game but ruined by excessive advertising.
