Getting Started

Before starting to use the application, you will need to enter your information such as weight, height, age and gender. You can then track these key metrics throughout your workout. Movement minutes will track when the user is active, and Wear OS by Google recommends saving those minutes by doing small things throughout the day. Cardio points are earned as the intensity of your workout increases, so walking is worth one point and intense running or activity two points.

The two descending rings represent movement minutes and cardio scores, and when their goals are achieved, they will animate to indicate completion. Below the rings you can see the number of steps, calories and the calculation of the distance traveled. You can then go to the History tab and record how many minutes and points were earned each day. On top of that, there is a plus-shaped icon that you can tap to add blood pressure, weight and activity, or start tracking your workout if you like.
