How to install SovietCar: Simulator

I whould say this game is great but the ussr Police car sound is not like the real one so great game:) :]
Add npcs on it and make a mechanic shop In the town
I like and enjoy this game especially including steering and swipe left or right option. Only several things l wish you to work on, 1 swipe left or right option has to be locked and not change side even you increase speed and add zoom in or out, 2navigation not so easy to follow better a coloured mark on track not arrow, 3 include english language.
