Не очень понятно, как рассчитаны калории, на суммарную массу болюда, на одну порцию или на 100 грамм, было бы намного понятнее, если где-нибудь это указывалось... Буду благодарна, если ответите, как это всё-таки работает))) Есть и плюсы: удобный список продуктов и действительно простые, классные рецепты. Спасибо, очень жду объяснения с исчислением калорий, а то совсем запуталась 🙈
