How to install one sec | screen time + focus
- Download APK file apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file. You can find it in the system tray or in the 'Download' folder using any file manager.
- If the file downloaded in .bin extension (WebView bug on Android 11), rename it to .apk using any file manager or try downloading the file with another browser like Chrome.
- Start the installation. Click on the downloaded file to start the installation
- Allow installation from unknown sources. If you are installing for the first time one sec | screen time + focus not from Google Play, go to your device's security settings and allow installation from unknown sources.
- Bypass Google Play protection. If Google Play protection blocks installation of the file, tap 'More Info' → 'Install anyway' → 'OK' to continue..

omg this is brilliant!
Very disappointed. The breathing message only appears sometimes. Sometimes the block works other times it doesn't. I paid for Pro - wasted my money. Disappointed because if it worked it would have been great for me. I tried to do all the steps for Samsung but it didn't appear in the list of possible apps. I will be disabling.
Bug. Screen goes off when the app start the process
Great app, didn't pay for the (I think 5 dollars, can't view it now for some reason) I feel that's a tad too expensive, since I'm Latin American so I think 2 apps limit would be much better. But I will say that the one app limit still worked extremely well for Instagram, compared to when I installed it I went from 3hours per day to an average of 30mins per week. Only reason it's not 5 is that 1 app limit isn't enough to get any big improvements, And that it stopped working for a week once.
This app has few options on Android vs its version on IOS. Basically for Android is a waste of money.
