I have recently been using this app to help develop a meditation practice. I like it a lot. It is simple and cleanly organized and accessible to people who don't see so great, like me. (Amazing how many apps I try and then delete because they are so visually overwhelming.) I only use the free version. I do wish the premium was cheaper- I would probably upgrade. But I am able to get a lot out of the free version so far.

Edit 1/11: has worked perfectly since those November bugs were fixed. Great app, really like the check-ins and have several favorite mediations. // 11/19: Since the newest update, the app doesn't open, it just crashes. I've had to uninstall and then reinstall the app every day to use it, but if I leave the app after reinstalling and try to open it later, it crashes again. Please fix this, I miss being able to use this app!

Love that the app offers free subscriptions to teachers. (There are a lot of free meditations, too! You don't have to pay to use the app!) I found it when school was getting more and more stressful, and I've been using it every night to refocus. Being encouraged to track your mental, emotional, and physical state as well to help choose the right meditation is amazing. I'm very grateful for the app and very pleased with it.

This has been so helpful! I always preach mindfulness to those that need a little extra help with self-care and emotion management, but mindfulness is easier said then done. This app sends gentle reminders to check in and take care of yourself, and offers a wide variety of activities that are tailored to how you're feeling emotionally, mentally, and physically in that moment. it offers a great way to track your progress and has in-app sticker rewards!

I wish there were more meditations that had you think about something other than your breath- I like the ones where you imagine something happening. I also wish there was a bigger variety of meditations specifically to help you fall asleep. However, I'm very happy with the app overall. I'm a very anxious person and sometimes, even if I'm too wound up to follow along, just listening to the soothing voices and trying to breathe helps tremendously. Definitely worth the money.

Very great app for beginners in meditation or those who don't usually meditate.. it's very easy to follow along and also simple.. you can pick from several different meditation session and the good thing is they're not too long so it won't take up too much time doing them. Just wished they had an offline mode option for those who don't always have internet connection, it would help a lot of they let you download the sessions offline.

I love this app. It makes practicing meditation so simple and feel so accessible, especially for someone with racing thoughts/ADHD (very easily distracted). I just noticed, though, that when I get to the "pick emotions" part, when I pick a category, the screen is blank and there are no emotions to pick. Possibly a bug?

This is an awesome meditation app with great recordings and a huge collection to sample from. Most importantly, it's the only meditation app I tried that has a really generous trial, in that a few different items in every category are legitimately free. In other words, it's good if you're looking for a subscription service. It's also good if you're not. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this app!! It's got something that'll benefit anyone/everyone struggling with anxiety... depression... anger... fear...etc. It has specific motivational/meditation speeches that'll help with whatever you're dealing with in that moment. If you're short on time... they've got brief 1-5 minute calming techniques that help immensely! The app also offers daily reminders to check-in at whatever time of your choosing. SO much helpful content!! Highly recommend 😉

A great way to incorporate meditation into your daily life. Short versions are perfect for a quick recentering. I just wish there were more free options. I understand apps need to make money, and I don't mind paying for what I use. But I abhor monthly subscriptions which is the format used to gain access to all meditations. I will still use the free ones and hope they change their funding strategy in the future.
