Думаю, что "Произошла неизвестная ошибка." -- более подходящее название, чем текущее.
Дали промокод на скидку в 4000 при заказе от 5000. Офигенно!

3 месяца не могут вернуть бонусы за возврат товара (потому что привезли не тот товар). 3 или 4 обращения уже составлялось (последнее наверное GDS-1275406). В поддержке после 20-минутных автоответчиков только и говорят, что "сообщили коллегам, все вернут в ближайшие дни". Уже сил нет никаких..
Намного лучше и дешевле OZON. Всегда пользуюсь .

Доставку переносят на сколько хотят, мне должны были доставить товар 9-го, но из-за того что они не смогли его доставить, сбермегамаркет решил поменять дату доставки на 18-ое.. 9 дней я должен ждать из-за этих затупков
При попытке добавить несколько товаров сразу выкидывает с ошибкой "запросы от вас похожи на автоматические" и запрещает пользоваться приложением на несколько минут.
