Заказ собирают месяц, на обращения не реагируют и это притом, что оплату требуют сразу Крайне не рекомендую, помойка какая-то (
Наличие товаров в магазине посмотреть нельзя. Сделала заказ с самовывозом - отменили спустя два дня, ибо якобы товара нет на складе. Притом тот же товар висит в каталоге для повторного заказа, из чего я делаю вывод, что либо что-то у вас не работает, либо кто-то не хочет работать. Так что приложение для меня оказалось бесполезно, увы. Две звёзды за красивое оформление и наличие приложения как такового.

Чат в приложении просто ужасен, там не ответов на не стандартизированные вопросы, операторов реальных тоже в чате не будет, сколько ни жди Если есть претензия, то обращение закрыто без какого-либо фидбека. Потом оператора не дождаться, чтобы узнать, что с этим обращением. Негативные отзывы на товары игнорируются, но это классика подобных приложений. Онлайн-заказы могут быть собраны из товаров в порванной и испачканной упаковке, жалоба об этом проигнорируется.
Цены на карточках товара и корзине, могут вырасти х2 на этапе оплаты. При выборе получить все товары вместе, заказ делиться на 3 с получением через месяц!!!
