The app is nice on one hand, horrible on the other! and I paid for it! There is NO ability to change the configurations on the following BASIC things: 1. To get the alarm clock, you have to enable notification, but the amount of other notifications being sent is unbearable. 2. To simply open the app, you have an annoying screen asking to answer "how are you" every single time with no connection to anything 3. Not only that- there is always background music. This makes the simple action be noisy.

I just love it absolutely 💯%♡. can I ask tho does new escapes get added as when i scroll down it's almost full of finished escapes.

I LOVE this app. I do, but the fact that it overloads my phone battery if i use the sleep music(i have an s24) and doesn't have any. other. option. to use this service. you cant play the music from your laptop. so I either kill my phone, the app doesn't work, or I dont get to use the service I paid the annual few for. not cool.

My only problem with this app is that you don't create enough new ones. It takes way to long to get any. So if you could please put some new ones up it's been at least 8 months since there has been any

Why do the stories keep stopping around the 7-8 minute mark? It's not very conducive to falling asleep when I have to get up and shut down the app and reopen just to get the story to start working again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Please fix, otherwise its useless to me.

I used 2 love this app back when I first tried it in 2020 & now that I'm having issues with sleep again I decided 2 get back into it. Granted I upgraded my phone since & so had 2 start over. But, now they charge you 2 have access 2 more then 1 story. Based on reviews I've read, unless you plan 2 keep a subscription then it's best 2 not even do the free trail. Needs 2 be a risk free trial that would help make it likely someone will get a subscription, as well as refunds when creator is at fault.

Many of you warned against the trial. I used the 1st day of trial for $1. I didn't cancel in time due to working lots of military shifts. Needed money for groceries and account was emptied. Saw my account was charged for Loona a few minutes before. Promptly requested cancellation and refund, but they tell me I used the service, so no refund, which is untrue. Never opened the app after trial period but apparently the trial counts as the billable usage period. Wish I knew that. Seconds too late

THIS APP STOLE MY MONEY! No communication from customer service! I signed up for the trial period and canceled before it ended. I have emails showing this and even the app store shows that I'm unsubsribed. It said the subscription price would be $39.99 for the year and They even offered me a rate of $19.99 to stay, but I declined. Somehow I got charged $64!!
