The products purchased so far have been great. The disappointing part us everytime I purchase something & would like to buy more of the items they are unavailable, so I buy a similar & as soon as I purchase the similar item, all of a sudden the actual product I want is available. Update to iherb response. I do use the notify me option. It's funny that as soon as I purchase the other item even with the notify me on, that other product is mysteriously available.

Recently the app keeps popping up timeout error message and I have not been able to submit review of the products purchased for my past 3 orders. I have tried uninstall and reinstall the app but the issue still persist. Please fix this bug.

The app has a good list of products, but there are a few things i didnt like: 1) Response time for setting up profile, payment methods, address, etc is slow and malfunctions 2) Filter/Sort function is terrible (after searching for something). For example, if 150+ results are found in total and you switch sorting options from relevance to low-to-high or to anything, it gives you completely different results from 150+ to maybe only 15. Makes no sense and forces you to go theough a huge list.

As of yesterday, I cannot search/open anything in the app. It shows me a message "no internet" or " server..." when my internet is good, both wifi and cellular connection. I also had problems ordering, I use paypal and when I tried to finalize the payment the iherb page just got stuck, luckily I wasn't charged twice, but it happened to me few times until it finally worked.

Took a long time to navigate it. I couldn't find products right away, had to go to my computer to find the name. Voice asked me the same question every time I spoke into it. The barcode version was not up to date for current android version. It could have been easier to use the google version on my phone. It also kept showing me my search history when I entered a new item search and not the product I was looking for. I'm also have to type the words correctly without auto correct.
