Very easy to use shortly after downloading the application. Rapid service for calls. You have the driver review before meeting him and obviously eliminate the use of cash. Very recommended.

Avoid - I'm only getting errors when trying to set it up, and customer care do not respond to my email (other than the automated reply).

Tried to change my card details and keeps saying details are wrong but they are not so totally useless I'm afraid its uber from now on just found out you can now change the agreed fare without notice your app is now being deleted for putting customers last

Taxi drivers and their jealousy of Uber built this rubbish app but it has no value other than letting you pay thru the app. You don't know how much the journey is gonna be, the taxies take forever to arrive (if they do), and more than once I've seen drivers been way over the ETA because they just deviate to drop people off after accepting your trip. Utterly rubbish

Awful experience, don't bother. Was charged £15 surcharge on a £10 fair. When I questioned this, received no feedback on email, follow up email and their phone service is a recorded message telling you to send an email. Disgraceful stuff.

Subpar app. It does not ensure the taxi service, it is more if the taxi driver 'feels like it' then you get lucky and get the ride. Very unreliable. Happened to me many times that the driver cancelled or simply 'disappeared' after a long time waiting.

The CS people are to systematic, they don't really want to help you get the best experience. They just want to close the ticket. I will not use this app again. There are many alternatives that are much more customer oriented.

Awfully expansive fees!! The ride was 14 pounds just for 10 mins, I paid additionnally nearly 18 pounds of fees. After talking the support, they use this fee as a "technology fee". Use uber, better cars, nicer driver, cheaper rides.

Great app, bad drivers The app is easy to use with a great design, making it like a game almost But my word the drivers were so poorly I used it about 5 times and had 2 really bad drivers, going really quick and shouting and swearing at us. One tried to scam us and charge us double and was ridiculously rude.

App works fine, but the fee is always significantly higher than the indicated average cost. Will keep on having cabs in the street or using Uber, at least it gives you the he cost of a ride upfront.
