Can't open the App. When I call Gett, the advise is to seek help via the Driver Portal in the App. The same App I can't open. Unreal.

Latest update keeps crashing on login page. They sent me a different version which did work for a while, but that keeps crashing now too. From a drivers perspective the app is useless. Deleted.

DOUBLE TAXED I stopped working we get charged commission and then get TAXED .gov Think about it .my txe cost 80k i make MORE ON THE STREET commission FREE . THERE are other apps started 0% commission gett is no benefit for us . YOU need drivers i need 0% commission in English 100% if i need to give any service or attention to gettaxi

Keeps freezing.

Can't log in. Keeps telling me to switch on display over other apps and there's no way of doing it on my phone. Reinstalled app 8/3/24 and the same thing keeps happening. Waste of time.

10 years working with the app in Israel Everything was great, but last 5 days no service can't call to clients , can't call to service because messages are not arriving. And 0 help from drivers support. Excellent service for drivers who pay at least 12000$ a year to gett.

Using this app in Reading from last few years now it's keep braking time to time plus no call option admin team is forcing to text or email some time you need to speak in urgent they charge 20%fee unfortunately very poor service In this technology time they have very poor engineering team

Cant use app continuously buffering not letting me sign in . The help was to tell me to clear cache once i said that id done that not recieved anymore help . Is that the only advice you can give ?

this app is absolute rubbish. gett updates the app every week and i see no difference in anything apart from app taking up more and more space on my memory card.
