The format and functionality are very good. It's easy to write and edit scripts, and to collaborate with other users. The biggest drawback is the limit to how much about your projects you can change without paying the expensive subscription fee. Editing the number of episodes in an episodic production, deleting unwanted extra files, etc. are kept behind a paywall.

This was a great app but now it crashes, inserts letters where they don't belong. It copies and pastes words where they don't belong. You have to continually exit out of the page in order to fix any mistakes, which come about with the next line. It deletes different parts of the work and it's disappointing because this was a great app.

Weird lag and annoying typing. I'm not sure what the heck is going on. But if I try to do an edit on a previous entry, it just erases the space and leaves the words. Now I have about an entire page that's just one huge stuck together word. Not sure if it's me or not. But either way it's annoying. So 2 starts from me.

the app randomly stops, when l type your story, the app mostly turns itself off. sometimes, when l cuts and pastes the lines, mostly they disappeare. so u loses ur lines. A couple days ago, mostly my all written story suddenly gone and everything I wrote mostly gone. now l typed on OFFICE WORD. I am so afraid of losing again. I copied all of my stories on celtx to OFFICE WORD. it is only waste my time. but the app might be improved much. my suggestion.

I finally managed to figure out how to use the app for script writing, but it started cramming in bits from other parts of the script into where I was editing. On top of that, it kept buffering and stalling every five seconds. When it looked like I was finally getting the upper hand, it completely wiped my script. When I tried to get back on, it said I either had to log in or sign up. I tried to log back into my account, but it kept saying it had stopped. I can't sign back in. Please fix this.

Genuinely loved this app. I use it on my laptop, so getting down in-the-moment ideas on my phone used to be so convenient. Now, however, you can't log in. I've tried dozens of times to no avail. It was such a good app, and once they fix this issue, it will be pretty good, barring occasional crashes.

It's literally sooo frustrating to try and scroll through your 90 page script by finger, it always freezes or just goes back to the top. There needs to be a better way to get to the last page of the script, which is (most likely) where you continue writing until the project is finished

I just entered a screenwriting contest and I was excited to learn there was software out there that would format it for me..as I've never written a screenplay and had no idea of all the idiosyncrasies involved in writing one. Unfortunately, I don't know if this is working like it's supposed to. It keeps double-spacing where it shouldn't and won't let you single space no matter what you do. I just printed out what I have written so far, just about 3 pages plus the title page, and it printed out each SENTENCE on a SEPARATE sheet of paper???? On a positive, it did number my pages for me. I guess I'll just have to find another app or set up and write it manually as I know that the layout is critical when it comes to the script...and since I'm in a competition...I don't want the software to be my downfall. This seems like a big waste of time trying to figure out the software when I should be concentrating on my script. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I want to like it but I spent three hours writing on this while I was traveling and in meetings. I got a message that it was having trouble connectung online so it claimed to save a offline version. I tried copying and pasting to a note pad it gave a message about not using emojis, well I don't use emojis so I was confused about that. I also tried to save PDf, that also failed. So I had no choice to close the app when I reo-opened my file it opened with just one paragraph. So 20 pages gone.

The app hardly functions. Formatting goes out the window when you go to type your second sentence or section. It freezes. Typing is nearly impossible anyway because this app lags in response to what it typed. I pretty much NEED a mobile version of this app because I am writing a script and it really hamstrings me to be stuck on the desktop version alone. I love desktop Celtx, but the app is killing me
