I'm going to post a negative review every day until Albert closes my account. I'm tired of asking for this to be done. Sub par app that has horrible customer service and no real humans to talk to about their trash app. Update 12:08pm CST just gave another canned response they refused to lift a finger to resolve this so will be back tomorrow to post more negative reviews

It says you can get the advance in 10 mins that's not true it says a week after filling out everything. Just another scam it seems

App is deliberately made hard to navigate or to cancel. It just sucks from your account and steers you to allow them to take more. Not worth it and they should be made to provide an easier exit.

They same issues that I just read in the comments are the issues I'm experiencing with them now,they took a yearly subscription out of my account which I didn't authorize and when I tried to get in contact with customer service they want you to text them,I had a feeling I was making a mistake,I just didn't know how much of a mistake and now that I'm trying to go back in and completely close out the account it keeps promptimg me to sign up for the same stuff I just unsubscribed from ...stay away

DO NOT USE THEM. They took money out of my account for no reason. MY DUE DATE WAS ONE DAY AND THEY TOOK OUT MONEY 4 DAYS BEFORE. THEY TOOK OUT 60 DOLLARS MORE THAN I BORROWED. I TEXTED AND EMAILED TO TRY AND RESOLVE AND NOTHING. DO NOT USE THEM. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

This app is after your money. This is the first time I am at a complete loss. I am unable to cancel my subscription. I have tried to pull all the money from this account. It still says that there is $1.58 in my account. I try to take it out, and it says there are no funds available. It also phishes your phone for passwords to bank accounts. I changed the password to my bank account because it won't let me unlink it. It was disconnected, but now is linked back up to my bank account. STAY AWAY!
