The app comes with lots and lots of adds and some are difficult to turn off. After the install there were just a few adds but now they are consent. I am looking for an alternative app or I may even but a Tenda.

it was good service till I cancelled my membership Now I can't find the owner of the app to have him stop charging my account for services i don't use so be careful. Or can someone help me to stop them from charging my card any number will be helpful

it's ok. the one thing that's bad is clicking on ur ph to open the camera to hurry & see who is at ur door, but u have an ad. that got to go. it's dangerous. it's good in some ways, but when rewinding the video back or forward, it doesn't show u clips while moving like some do, so it's really hard to find the timestamp ur looking for. when watching for 5 min in real-time it shuts down & u have to open it up again. so it doesn't help when u want to keep it open for security purposes

With the latest update there are constant ad's when opening the app. It takes so long just to get to view the room. Very irritating and time waster. Otherwise, the app works well but I didn't buy the camera to be bombarded with ad's EVERY time I open the app.

Very poor customer service, take your money for cloud service, and don't provide the service or remove it. One of my cameras i have paid for cloud storage, and now it says not activated and wants me to pay again, and you're only able to talk to a robot, Update !!!!! Problem solved refunded my subscription, so I can now say that it is a good app and works well

Simple platform. It's so quick to install. Recording within minutes. Love this camera! Can't beat the price for all the options you are given. Dropped it twice from counter top heights onto hard floor surface... It still works perfectly.
