The Worst company for Drivers! They have no respect whatsoever for Drivers! I have worked for several famous companies and some new ones too. But I can say that without any hesitation that Wheely is worst for Drivers! I was just about to take legal action against them but then the Pandemic came around and I had to leave back to Aus. Anyway, oppressive company for drivers. Strict legal action required against them. I will follow up when I go back to London and involve my Union in it as well.

In my opinion there is no regards at all towards drivers. Now they want to raise the commission except u do a certain amount of jobs a week. This is not what I agreed when I join,They send pictures of shoes they want u to wear and colour of suit and tie like we are making thousands with them but the truth is i have stayed in W1 for 8 hrs without receiving a single job and had to pay congestion for no reason. This is breach of contract,they cant change the commission...I will seek legal advice.

They don't really care about the drivers all they care about is the customers, l and rider waiting for her friend to come while waiting her friend,her friend accidentally hit my rims, l got a quote from a tyre company later, the rider has assure me to put the bills on her bill as l get a quote l send them to wheely it's like l never heard that kind of response in my entire life, operation team lied that they don't have information of there customers this is why UBER is more reliable for drivers

I had a really unpleasant experience with Whelly passenger, the passenger damaged the windows button of the back passenger door and they said to fix it myself or getting waitlisted until I fix it . Really unprofessional customer service.
