TIDAL Music: HiFi sound

Brand new user; Feature request. Big use case for us is streaming at home. The handshake between my phone and the TV is very poor. Please just copy and paste Spotify's connectivity. My home theatre sound system is perfect for using your hi-fi service. But there no simple way to fully utilise it. For example if I do Chromecast from mobile to TV app, I loose Dolby Atoms and 24-bit. If I use the TV app, that means I have to control music from one room of the house. Please make this better.

I switched from Spotify to Tidal looking for sound quality. The sound quality deserves a star, or even 5 starts but for the fact that AAOS users' comments have been ignored for years (read comments posted in 2021 about the app not resuming playing upon starting the car) make me think - why should I be paying? Vote with your wallets, not stars here! Tidal team: get it fixed or admit it's AAOS problem and not yours!

Buggy android app forced me to cancel my subscription. I wrote to support and was ignored, I was told to uninstall and install the app several times, eventually support closed the ticket just like that. I do not recommend Tidal for Android, the app stops playing music at random moments, they have a bug in the so-called AudioFocus android feature.

I'm faithful user but a few things are really annoying. Like Tidal on my LG Smart TV being so outdated but there are no available updates. It stops or interrupts streaming often. More annoying is that for the past few months I get notifications about new songs from some of my favorite artists like Luke James, Rapsody, and today Rihanna and Michael Jackson! The song is very obviously NOT that artist, but the link brings me to the artist I think it is! Please fix this!

Average, but good. Would like a new menu look with more music videos added. have been using this for a few months and only issue is my music will occasionally stop regardless if they're downloaded.

I've used tidal for years now and like it much more than other options. Android 15 added the Google now bar and tidal hasn't updated to support it so there is no longer a now playing, you have to open the phone and the app to skip songs on the phone. I wish Google made a way to disable the now bar because it's absolutely terrible.

My last review, two years ago, was also--surprise--one star! Today's problem is that we are no longer given the option to click on "credits" for each artist, and there is no equivalent or sufficient option with similar function. This is terrible. Additionally, my queue still disappears when I don't use the app for a few hours.

the app is good but it always goes into offline mode and I always have to uninstall it after having this app for years .. now I have to copy my music and find another app because this happens too often

I moved from spotify to have better quality but ended up paying more and having the worst experience ever . The app will crash anywhere from 10 to 30 times a day no matter what you do just imagine how many time people will make fun you for paying 20$ a month for something that not even working in 1st place shame on you Todal shame shame.

Been with tidal for a while now........quite happy most of the time, but I have to be on my toes when I play tidal songs......play for a bit and just stop.......happen at home.....and at work......difficult to find a answer at the problem........keep blaming the internet but my internet is very strong, so as the one at work........like to stay with tidal but starting to look at other options

SCAMMERS! The phone number to cancel the subscription you might accidentally sign up for is a scam line that offers you a ton of other "services" EXCEPT how to cancel. Edit. My issue is not with the app. It does what it says. My issue is with the developers and the shady way they do business. Via email they kept my money with no refund option. BEWARE!

Greatest eyecatching fluid interface with strong music catalogue! Worth the Money! However, the interface needs some minor improvements ... e. g. I need to sort my albums and tracks manually on offline mode at my liking which is not available

Even though it has its flaws and I disagree with some of the added function, must I confess that it is the best app by a long shot. I tried a few apps recently, but they all lack major function I require, Bluesound support, okay big library (though tidal still OFTEN looses access to musik i listen too), easy to use UI. So despite all the ransacked I do, I still prefer it over all others. Hope they don't rune it completely by forcing social integration...
