I've never used an app that has actually caused me to stop going to a restaurant before. Every time I go to use it, it requires an update which takes longer than the time I'm in line waiting for my sub. Talk about a sham rewards program.

Edit: now the function to add funds to gift cards goes to an access denied page. Previous:Leftover gift card funds are held hostage unless you add more; you can't pay the remainder via Google Pay or credit card. And adding funds is done off the app. Also, after I paid for my order it gave me an error, but I was lucky and it did go through.

Won't let me go on to log in screen to log in, biometric login doesn't work too. Website log in is fine

Can't even sign up. U click the sign up button an u just get a blank screen

Not all menu options are listed. Not sure if thats a developer choice or subway. But would be nice to have everything available. Updated to reflect that app only shows US offers despite clearly being in Canada. Cant cancel via app. not the user-friendliest.
