Reviews for Stocard - Rewards Cards Wallet

Fantastic app, very flexible, keeps all my cards in 1 place, easy to access, fast, and secure with a finger print, so I get credit, if it doesn't scan very few, it's because they have old tech most all have been updating, if not big #s to type in. Been using this for years, Lg, Motorola, Samsung, Note9 now, and backed up to the cloud, and getting my girls to use it keep loosing library cards! But they will never loose their phone lol 😂

Largely does what it says: holds bar-codes from various sources. My only frustration had been that I can't manually reorder them (I believe it defaults to sorting alphabetically by store-name) so that my most frequently used ones are at the top. I don't have too many cards so it's not a big deal but one infrequently-used card occupies top billing and I'd rather move it lower.

Love this app. It's extremely easy to keep and store all your cards. Also very easy to use when transferring between an old phone to new phone. I only wish that they had more organizational ability within the app for those of us that have many cards to store. It would Be nice to sort by type.

I really like this app and use it all the time, it makes my wallet muuuuuch thinner and keeps my keychain just for keys :-)..... I recently got a new phone and all I had to do was log in to my account (I used Google) and my cards transferred seamlessly with no problem. The app works flawlessly with handheld scanners but sometimes not so well with the "surface mounted" scanners in self-checkout lanes but I have read that this is more an issue with the technology of that type of scanner and not really the fault of the app itself but perhaps some crafty developer can enhance this app to compensate for the shortcomings of the aforementioned surface mount scanners (hint, hint) :-)... Then you will get that elusive 5th Star from me ;-)

when the app works it's great. but god forbid you try to set it up on a new phone. you better not lose the hard cards so you can rescan them in. edit- thank you for replying and for that i will up the rating but i did create a back up the first time this was a problem but i logged in this time and there is nothing there. none of my other emails seem to exist on your system so i don't know what else to think.

Still no auto crop and rotate of card photos. Also, no way to add a photo for an icon within the app, you need to leave to tap and go to the camera take a picture save it navigate etcetera Great implementation, large barcode for easy scanning. I would like to see ability to add photo notes, and auto crop and rotate of card photos.

It does work but I don't want another unknown company tracking my every purchase. I understand this is how they offer a free app, I just don't like it. I had a bunch of cards stored on my old phone, moved to a new phone, poof, all gone. So, as a heads up the cards are not transferable to another phone unless you first back them up to their cloud service. Makes it easy to pick a different application I guess...

The app is mostly good but the one thing I used to depend on most no longer works. The 7-Eleven barcode used to fill the screen on my watch. Now it is so small in the center of the screen as to be utterly unscanable. Also 7-Eleven is not spelled Seven-Eleven; your change means that it is 3/4 of the way down my list instead of at the top like it used to be. These things used to both work correctly but you have screwed them up somehow. . . Months later, there is still no fix.

Uses a ton of background data ~ 6.5 gigs over three months that the app uploads! The offers are the same ones I get as junk mail everyday. Permissions are bogus for a barcode keychain replacement. Screen shot your barcodes - put em in a folder - delete the app. Most of the poor reviews could be remedied by saving the barcodes in gallery. I put all of mine into a single picture as a collage and it's still works with the scanners. 6.5 gigs of uploaded data from Stocard is criminal.

Constantly trying to connect to random sites it has no business connecting to (Facebook, Capital One, NY Times, & many others), even when I haven't launched it in weeks. And no option to manually set location as alternative to location permission. Switching to Loyalty Card Keychain, which is open-source and doesn't even have internet permission. It does the job it's meant to do & nothing else.
