Great App! Helps to keep the apps that I get addicted to and lost in, to a timed minimum for me. And helps keep me off of the apps at times when I am most likely to get sucked into them. The only thing I would change is, it would be really nice if the block or even the entire app had a pin on it as an extra layer of protection. However, I think that might be included if you pay for the upgrade.

I love that I can set hourly limits as well as daily limits for both time and how many times I unlock it. It has helped me decrease phone use. Setting it up is not the most intuitive process, but it didn't take too long to figure it out. The ads are after almost every screen change, and are videos that play sound, so those are annoying. I'm glad I got it set up before the update and the more obtrusive ads. Overall it has been a very helpful tool to help me break my phone addiction.

You can literally "pause" blocked apps! The whole reason I need this is because I don't have that self-control to not take advantage of that "loophole". A more minor gripe is that when it's blocked it still allows you to to see the blocked apps' screen for a split second when you first click on them, giving you a chance to make a selection and actually move through a blocked app in that stilted way if you really wanted. I like that the app has so many customization options but the most important would be opting out of that ability to pause which it doesn't have

Pretty much perfect. Only feature I'd add is the ability to "override" a block for X minutes in the event that you are in the middle of something important. The override can be gated by a long generated password to deter people from using it to cheat. The key is that once the override expires, the app is automatically blocked again. Whenever this happens to me, I pause the profile and forget to turn it back on (even in Strict mode!)

This app is very effective at cutting down screen time on your phone. I especially like the daily limit, premium, feature. After a certain amount of time of screen time (having the screen on), the app locks you out (there's a "pause button" option which allows you to unlock the phone; you can have it on or off, but it's much better to have it off). And there is a whitelist feature which allows you access to selected apps while the screen is locked. Being locked out feels liberating.

This is the best app I've tried for limiting my screen time, and I've tried quite a few. I really like the profiles - you can block certain apps on specific days, based on how much time you've already spent or on what time it currently is, and you can get really specific. Some things I don't love: - The default text on the block screen is annoying. - You can't add much custom text before it runs out of room. - No way to customize block screen colors, fonts, backgrounds, which would be awesome

Does what I need, however, there are a lot of features/options (a good thing), but they are not necessarily intuitive, and I have to futz around a lot to customize it. Nonetheless, it's cut down my social media, and game distractions by probably 80%. I've even read a ton of books with the time I'm normally fiddling around with my phone. Thanks!
