Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

I can easily track the duration, quality and frequency of my sleep with Sleep Monitor. This app is pretty accurate and after having used it for a long time, I decided it was time to test other apps out just to see if they got any better, I simply compared the data results between the two apps and still nothing comes close. Great sleep tracking app. Thank you!
Been using this app for longtime and been switched to others. At least we return to this one. It is very easy to start using the app. The data recorded include some much details and night sounds. It is not hard to understand meaning of all data though, took me about minutes. It is also very easy to further edit settings and use new advanced features, so I simply use it daily. To record daily sleep hours is more than enough, nice app.
I think this is a brilliant app. Break down of sleep results, The smart alarm. I think it’s all very clever about what has been done with it. I think what the app lacks though is support for a watch. I’m not entirely sure on the research of how much more accurate information can be ascertained through a watch. But being able to record the heart rate, and oxygen levels would be super handy. Enjoyed the stats including respiration rate. As mentioned in the title, the main thing is missing is heart rate data. I’d like to see what my heart rate was doing during the nigh. Thank you.
The app accurately catches my sleep quality and seeing it reflect in my mood is a major satisfaction for me. What an app it has everything you can ask from a sleep tracker and alot more which sometimes can get a lil extra to explore but i mean that in itself is a compliment to the team behind it, they really have made effort to develop it and the results are damn accurate (i also like the simple ui ). The deep sleep tracking it does is to me perfect. I recommend it.
