При оформлении заказа я выбрал бесконтактную доставку, однако курьер передал заказ лично мне, сообщив, что такая опция отсутствует. У нас маленькие непривитые дети, и мы боимся заразиться каким-либо вирусом от курьера. Тем более что приложение предлагает опцию бесконтактной доставки. Курьер мог бы оставить заказ у двери, отойти на расстояние и только после этого попросить его забрать. Я бы не стал писать здесь отзыв, но сначала обратился в чат техподдержки, и оператор сообщил, что всё в порядк

Боже, какая ужасная поддержка и сам сервис. Объясняю: сбер выдал промокод на следующий заказ, но я его не мог применить, хотя прочитал все правила и собрал заказ по правилам. В итоге промокод не применялся. Поддержка неделю давала шаблонные ответы, полностью неверную инфу, я их поправлял, а они извинялись и несли новую чушь. И так по кругу на протяжении недели. Закончились нервы и послал подальше. Дно, как сама поддержка, так и сервис!
