I really never had an issue except recently. I download music to my play list and enjoy. Been a member a long time. Recently, it just skips over songs in my Playlist? Or I have on random and plays the same songs when I have over 400 songs in my Playlist.

Unable to do this any longer. Been with Rhapsody since 2010. Can no longer play songs on the same playble album. Cleared cache, adjusted firewall, cleared data, even downloaded full albums for offline use. The responses I get seem to be automated. Exploring other options and taking advantage of free trials to test their stability. Miss the old rhapsody. 😪

Songs constantly being removed, wont download, wont make playlists, something went wrong try again, and the help option is gone, dont waste your money on napster

Very good music app, very simple and easy to use, but there is one problem, the problem is that sometimes I would search up a new song to put on my playlist and there would be some songs I can't find, I would search up the song and the artist at the same time and still couldn't find anything. Please fix this

THE WORST! Songs in my playlists say "playback failed" and when I look the songs up their either gone completely or its a newer version of the album. I can't look up every single song that I'm missing. Album Art is missing from songs. "Recently Played" doesn't update anymore. The gifs don't work if the playlist is downloaded. I've uninstalled the app, cleared the data AND cashe, reinstalled the app and it made no difference and the app is up to date. THE WORST!!!

You shouldn't update something that doesn't have a problem. I have been going on 3 weeks getting auto generated emails that they have successfully completed the update. they have not. I've Lost half my music can't listen to, playlists Don't work anymore.. spent over an hour on multiple chats and no one can fix the problem.

What is going on? Half the songs in my playlists are no longer playable. I keep getting "playback error" over and over again. Half the Artists discography is missing, or the artist in general is no longer on Napster all of a sudden. This has to get fixed because it's ridiculous when there's multiple people with the same issue.

This app has become a bigger pain and frustration than it is worth. I go to open music and it just spins and spins. Late afternoons are the worst time to try to use the app. I have used it for several years and never had trouble until now.

I like it but I'd like it more, if lyrics would be available!! Like other streaming services!! It'd be more amazing!!
