How to install MP3 Cutter
- Download APK file apps from apkshki.com.
- Locate the downloaded file. You can find it in the system tray or in the 'Download' folder using any file manager.
- If the file downloaded in .bin extension (WebView bug on Android 11), rename it to .apk using any file manager or try downloading the file with another browser like Chrome.
- Start the installation. Click on the downloaded file to start the installation

It does not offers easy options for audio cut, but good for video cut....
Exactly what i was looking for, able to skim the tracks, fast select start and end points while you are editing, options to how far forward or back you'd like to start. Saves directly into my ringtones no extra searching phone files to find it not only that but you can record ones.. maybe make funny...
Done my new ring & text tones in under 2 minutes and I only had to press back once to exit a single ad. First attempt to set "new default notification" was unsuccessful, app directed me to permissions which immediately solved the issue. Very easy to use and exactly what I was looking for, thank you!
I really like this app. It has all I need and its easy to use. But it would be better if you could move with the play line. Instead of listening to the hole song and skiping it by 10 sec. Would be much faster and better. And thanks for the amazing app. Love it.

Once I figured out how it operates, I was very impressed. I just wanted to extract 1 hour from a 6 hour radio show file, and it did this very hastily and efficiently. This was the only App that was basically hassle free in getting Ringtones. I had a ringtone from another country. It was nice, but I couldn't understand the language. I just recorded the music using the recording App. with music from the phone. Cut out one part and placed it on my default ringtone.
