Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password

On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.

Я перепробовал очень много приложений, но это просто самое лучшее: быстрое, может работать оффлайн, очень удобно вести дневник. Одно но: ребята, добавьте пожалуйста возможность выгрузки дневника в pds или csv

Great app. With it I lost 15 kgs. Now I'm a successful model but still use it for 5th year
Раньше, до всех этих обновлений, ещё года 3 назад, приложение было емким, содержало большую библиотеку продуктов и блюд, теперь приходится каждый раз забивать свои. Более того, приложение стало менее понятным и теперь, чтобы им пользоваться, нужна регистрация, которая нигде не пригодится.
Старая версия (принты которой все еще в описании приложения висят) была лучше! Раньше пользовалась приложением, очень нравилось, поставила 5 звезд. Сейчас скачала и разочаровалась - над визуалкой поработали, а содержание испортили. ИМТ и другие расчеты убрали из параметров тела, физ активностей стало намного меньше, убрали мотивацию. Снижаю до 2 звезд..
