PROS: Gives great ideas for meals and layout is also nice I love the shopping list integration, that will come in handy. Plan meals for 12 days in advance. You can change meals and mark things you don't like. CONS: You are forced to subscribe to a paid version with 3 days free. You can not add your own food or meals, you have to use what is on the app. Not a wide variety of meals available. No warning indication if you go over suggested macros when changing meals

I paid for a subscription and tried to alter the meal plan. Once I edited due food due to allergies and now no breakfast or snacks load. Tried to get a refund and was denied. Do NOT buy
