When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password

Doesn't allow you to go into enough information
No matter how many times I put my CORRECT (bcuz I would know my information) INFORMATION, it keeps telling me my info does not match, how is that even possible? So, for me, useless app & no way of finding out if my refund is gonna be available to me! Uggggh, so frustrating (app) & frustrated (the human)me. Plz fix this issue bcuz I see others having same problems as me. Sorry for the 1 ⭐, will update when fixed.

Useless This app will only give you status once return has been sent to you. Will not tell as how you stand in process Absolutely useless app. Just like the rest of our government
Google does not allow this application and others to download because of Chrome OS problems. It wasn't until I tried to download this app.
