The one travel app that works and makes sense in Pakistan. You can offer your own price and the drivers are always available in most areas. careem charges stupid wait charges even if you are literally standing on the payment waiting for the ride. No such issue with this app. Cars don't drift around on the map like on UBER and Careem. You always know where the vehicle is on the map which makes it easier to follow the ride of your loved ones in these unsafe times

Cheaper than ola and uber till date. Menu cannot be browsed after booking a ride, e.g., if one wants to contact support, that cannot be done until the ride is cancelled on the passenger's app. Cars are less in no. Over all good but needs a lot of improvement. Drivers often tell that the app hangs on their device frequently and the map route cannot be seen to reach the pick up point. Please consider this. Recently they have added sharing ride details option but tracking on map? Questionable.

My experience was really good with the app but now for some time i am facing a problem with the app it stuck on the main screen of the app and won't respond. In order to use the app i have to uninstall the app first and reainstall it again. And get a ride but if i have to use the app again it always stuck on initial screen. I have android 11 and grant all the in app permitions but still no solution found please resolve the bug or whatever it is. Thank you.

Ride quality and drivers are good. But the app interface is not as good as expected. It needs some improvement. The location of the driver doesn't show correctly. it's hard to track drivers. Hope it will get improved. Thank you ♥️

The app was ok, but sence you eliminate the option for us to choose the time of arrival we can't do better, the drivers and only them, can determine the time they need to get to the pickup point, there are several factors to consider, not only the distance as you do right now, like traffic jams, closed streets, conditions of the road, sometimes we're doing other services and we can accept the rates offered with the condition the we'll get there 20 minutes later, 'couse we are heading there.

Good service, but the app is persistent to force the user to turn on location as the usage of location services should be on sole discretion of the user either he wants to use or not! On opening the app a message pops up (to continue turn on device location), beneath this message there are 2 options (no thanks ok), if I select "no thanks" the message pops up again and again on selecting "no thanks". Please rectify it that on selecting "no thanks" the location message must be suppressed!

Offer fares are great; can be advantageous for both drivers and passengers. One thing for improvement: please display driver's location before booking to avoid long wait for passenger's side & for driver to better estimate their arrival time. If you improve this, maybe the app is worth 4 stars.

Something seriously wrong with the maps. You choose a location on map and the moment you press to book a ride the app changes the destination and pick up by 100 to 150 meters. The deviation is not at all understandable.
