I have been enjoying reading on this app for a year,spending much money on the novels , eventually buying subscription but when I cancelled it and still have much points left, I couldn't unlock the chapters anymore , I also updated the app however still the same .I better removed this app and focus on other reading apps.

I want to read offline story but offline story is not available in this app. I just downloaded this app for the story of some of my favorite authors..otherwise this app is nothing special. And now it's not even opening. And I hate login problem 😑

Simplified Life

Reading online is very expensive. I spent 50 pesos just reading more or less 10 chapters. Each chapter is too short, so one story would be more than 350 chapters. In order for me to read the whole story with 350 chapters, I need to spend around P1, 750 pesos. With this amount, I'd rather by books (paperbacks) than read your stories online. Your stories are expensive and yet full of grammatical error.

Enjoyment has been a downhill slide. The app has gone from being able to read as a task to completely removing that task. (I did see if you don't read 30 min per day but accept the reward it may temporarily stop giving you that reward but you also do not claim the task once completed. It just gives it to you. Couldn't tell if it calculated multiple entries as sometimes I read multiple times a day but not for 30 min each time. Next it dropped my reward amounts by half and removed the reading task

I have more than 2000 coins. But suddenly all of my coins gone. Keeps getting error 'log in failed', even though I had never log out of the app before. Have contacted the customer support for so many times, but no response.
