Been using Foap for almost five years intermitently and I'm starting to get the hang of it, as it has a user-friendly interface. I also love seeing the amazing photos from different parts of the world. However, after posting pictures of my daughter dancing, I am now unable to access the latest features on the platform. Every time I try to upload new photos or view images from missions I have joined, I receive a message saying "Sorry! We're experiencing server problems. Please try again soon.".

I have been uploading photos and as of yesterday, when I logging through the app I can't see any photos but it says the total number of photos uploaded and also for collaboration 4 photos need to be uploaded but can't upload the 4th photo ( says upload successful ) but show and it again says 4th photo to be uploaded for collaboration. User ID is sbs24

Earning/business model seems promising but there's a Google ad at the top of the interface!? When that odd-looking Google ad is removed, prioritize the server stability then add dark mode please. Update (reply to the Dev comment below): I understand there needs to be ads but better not place "Google ads in the GUI." Make ads pop up full-screen before the app opens or when we click a button. Do not sacrifice UX w/ GUI Google ads as they make the app look unprofessional.

Rating photos sometimes count. Adding photos to albums say they have been saved and they are not. The app lags and is not consistent. I like the set up and the purpose. I have wasted a lot of time on the app and it hasn't performed as it says it does.

The app is amazing for people to see great photos but doesn't really give a fair chance for people just starting, amateurs, people who can't afford good equipment, etc... There needs to be categories in foap rewards for beginners, etc...or to limit how many competitions one can be in... Most of the people who are winning are continuously winning without others having a chance.

I have a top of the line cell phone, and uploading photos is abysmally frustrating. If Im having issues with this then the likelihood that other people are as well means a few things. One that people are having issues as well, but even worse two being that if people can't use the app that means they can't buy photos either. Which defeats itself in purpose. This app desperately needs to be worked on in its functionality and user friendliness so it can actually reach the audiences it intends to.

Ok I had originally gave this app a 5 star rating. Unfortunately I had to change it to 2 stars. I loved this platform at first but not much now. I haven't sold the first photo and I've posted plenty. I've also entered the paid missions and it seems like the same people are always at the top. Not to mention everytime I exit the app and reopen it,I have to re enter my login info and it tells me it's wrong. Then when I finally get it to go in it tells me server issues. Nothing but trouble now.

This app had some great potential, but this latest update seems to have borrowed a page from EA's playbook. Selling a picture can be difficult unless you participate in missions. Now - and this is the new part this annoys me - some missions now require you to pay a fee in order to submit images. I get that this might help to increase the total prize amount awarded for a mission, but this strikes me as flat out monetizing your user base.
