I would rate it somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. It works pretty well, I already tried Microsoft Family stuff, Amazon stuff and the Google family. None of them have the features I need. It's add free, which is important for me. The web filter is too expensive though. The only two wishes I would have are: - Parental app for iOS (the pure web interface has major issues) - One more category in which I can put apps (currently only two)

It's an okay app but would like to see what pages your child visits on the internet if at all possible.

Overall good but with small issues. The report is not always up to date and also the granularity of setting allwed time is by 15 min which is not enough for me.

Good concept but more often than not, notifications on alerts of the child leaving a zone come between 20 minutes and 2 hours which defies the main purpose for us. It's disappointing as ESET is pretty solid in their core offering.

Half the time it doesn't work. You want to stop the mobile of a child and it just doesn't work. It just seems that many times the controlled phone is not taking the parental settings. Even worse, as a parent the app says the phone is blocked. Also after synchronising. But the other phone is not blocked at all. Hence, somewhere on the line between parent's and child's phone a lot of information is lost. I have the free version, still use it for those few times it does work, but never ever I would pay anything for this app. It is just unrelaible and you don't know if it just worked or not.

Location tracking functionality is poor and mostly doesn't track anything Upd All needed settings are enabled. It just locate the device at 18-15, for example, and next attempts to refresh just do nothing. And finally it updates the location in an hour, about 19-15. Do you understand that I need the actual location just right when I press Refresh?

It helps limit screentime, but changing rules doesn't work. It doesn't take effect immediately. You have to restart the phone a couple of times. E-mails are sent a day late. Will look for something that actually works. UPDATE: Cannot delete a profile of a child - device must be inactive for three days or no device assigned to that profile, but there's no way to remove a device from a child's profile.

It's great when it works, but unfortunately it keeps losing it's accessibility privilege every day or two, which causes it to stop protecting the device. I keep putting it back and even Parental Controls is device administrator, it still does it. I've disabled all power saving features in a bit to solve this but it has not worked.

I have found out, that my daughter is able to unistall the app from her mobile!!! She just repeatedly pressed and confirmed the "uninstall" function...maybe 40 times!!! Very disappointing... (I have the version which I pay for!) And reaction of ESET?: Your technical support request was not addressed via a correct channel. In order to resolve this issue in timely manner we recommend to submit a case by filling in a technical support form found in the "Help and support" section in your version.

This location know this thing is ridiculous! It shows me that my son has left, just from walking to another room in the house. It's even begun to show that he has left when he is stationary.
