How to install DoorDash - Dasher

the app keeps freezing up? I am unable to accept orders when this happens and it affects my ratings! this is in totally unfair because of a faulty app!
we love our job and so far the dash is working perfect on the new phone that we had to buy for our job
Was great over the course of 3000 deliveries until I got deactivated with good metrics and no explanation. To top it off, my appeal can't be processed because they can't find any record of my account.
Always glitching
app has glitches, gps takes you way off course, app freezes up and driver gets punished for it
I enjoy doing it
Doortrash is complete garbage!! Barely any orders available. Doesn't seem like they will exist much longer. Most of the offers don't even cover gas expenses. Maybe encourage pretipping more if you're not going to raise pay. You've become the joke of pay apps. Negative stars. I will update if more work with decent pay becomes available
Gave it 4 because of some of the low pay.But it is a fun job with easy money.
Can not log into the dasher app. Please advise on what to do
Awkward buggy app occasionally costing the dasher time and money. Lacks instructions for using app through the delivery process. Also sometimes support is not helpful with app issues. Endless loop of non native speaking agents with the same response.
