Was fantastic, now the status bar is active on top of the black screen which kind of defeats the purpose - however this is an android security feature and not the fault of the developer. 5* app in so far as it can be. Thank you dev for the update, its great to have the app back - even in its now slightly limited state

This works! I do have a request, even if it's pro. A timer that will activate the app after you tap to turn on screen? I'd like to tap and then don't have to tap again to activate it. Just set like after 30 secs it turns off the screen.

Simply overlays a black screen with the click of a button in the notification bar. The screen doesn't turn off, it just turns the PIXELS off. Anything running will still run. To add, there are customisation options too.

Once again Android has ruined one of the best utility apps on the PLAY store with an update. Thank you for the years of excellent service Blackr! I do however think you should keep active support for older versions of Android so devices that cant update can still use this apps functionality.

~ Greetings ~ ~ I installed this app as I found it minimalistic, interesting and after a few minutes I decided to add the PRO features. ~ so far so good and I hope that whenever android updates to different clock faces in the (A-12) update coming soon that this app will be updated accordingly. ~ I noticed how the battery consumption is very minimal! (kudos!!) ~ I do like the RBG option and the movement of the clock face across the screen as it looks great while its activated. ~ This is where I segue into a small issue, the app is pretty straightforward and easy to use - (however personally) - I do wish it would - "autostart" - as it would make it easier (instead of) having to toggle that option to always activate it. ~ I would also like to see implemented, an option, to add a personal message on the Blackr screen. (just a personal touch that I like) ~ Overall, I'm impressed with the app and like the simplicity, minimalistic style, ease of use and hope that the options/ features mentioned above will be considered in a future update. ~ GOOD JOB!! ~ RECOMMENDED!

I could not restore my purchases. I bought it a while back and didn't use it for quite sometime. But today when I wanted to use it I could not turn it pro through restore purchases. It is very disappointing. Editing: The pro features available back then are free now possibly. But this does not help me paying the money and not getting any pro features.

Would be excellent if it covered the navigation bar (the "Dark Navigation" setting only works in fullscreen apps, but other apps cover the navigation bar in any home screen, plus the status bar in any open app). Android 8.0, Samsung A8 2018.

Pretty great app, does what it says. Would be great if the app will persist in the background and keep the notification there all the time. Also would be awesome if the banner (time and clock) will disappear too when you activate black screen.

Exactly what I was looking for in a free "screen locked YouTube app". Will sometimes turn screen on when in my pocket, but I have found that the Long Press option works best if your phone will be rubbing against fabric or other material.
