Installation
When unpacking the archive with the file, you will be prompted to enter a password
- Download the XAPK installation application, e.g, APKPure or File Manager .
- Open the downloaded XAPK installation application and locate the downloaded XAPK file.
- Follow the instructions in the application to install the XAPK file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources: Go to 'Settings' > 'Security' (or 'Biosecurity & Safety') > enable 'Unknown sources' or 'Install from unknown sources' for your browser or file manager. On newer smartphone models, permission is requested when the individual file is installed and no unnecessary steps need to be performed..
- Install the APK file by following the on-screen instructions.
- Restore security settings by disabling permission to install from unknown sources.

Trouble changing my auto pay rent. Rent payment went up, I couldn't change pay amount. Otherwise you would have gotten 5 stars.
Always has problems
The app doesnt even open. Tried restarting my phone and uninstalling and reinstalling. When I try to open the app it just immediately crashes
I hate this app. This is by far the worst rental payment app out there. My complex keeps trying to hit me with late fees. Deleting and going with another app. Bilt, you make me sick.
Travel portal is very buggy now. It used to work but now it keeps looping back to travel homepage in desktop mode.
This app is the only way to use the card or set anything up. There is no customer service. There is no one to talk to on the phone. They'll email you at best. I'd stay away.
Can't recommend. The system is clunky. There is WAY too much effort into advertisement and flashy graphics while behind the scenes it's a barely functional skeleton. I was shocked to learn today that they lack a way for you to unlink your payment accounts from their system on the website and MUST download the app to do it. It's abusive...
Their customer service is not helpful. They just want to finish their with less paperwork possible instead of helping people. So disappointed.
The card is good, but the app doesn't work on my phone anymore. I had uninstalled it then tried to reinstall it but the install keeps failing.
