I know this review should be based on the app performance but these sellers on the app are liars. I'm a Prime member, I only order prime products. the shipping will say I will receive the items next day between 7am-9am then the next day it's by 10pm. I ordered a Prime item May 4th today is May 20th I still have not received it. Amazon says it's shipped but I do not have it but they have my money. I need another shopping app a.s.a.p

Amazon is really starting to fail me again and again. info says ill get my order today at 5pm-10pm, I ordered and it tells me I'm getting my order tomorrow in the afternoon. I felt like I got the subscription just to get tossed aside. wouldn't recommend the subscription, it's all a scam. Amazon is going to be the next Blockbuster pretty soon if this keeps up. (drivers are rude also but that's nothing new, they dont get paid enough to act professional)

Calling the toll free number is a nightmare. No one is trained to help you and all they do is escalate it. You don't hear back for 24-48 hours and then it's only by email. My problem is that it's hit or miss for receiving Amazon emails. I have mysterious Amazon charges and they've locked my account. I also have missing orders from this past week. I can't get anyone to help.

I don't get notifications to the app anymore about shortly arriving or delivered deliveries. Drivers very rarely ring a doorbell or knock the door. There is an out-of-view place on our doorway, just most drivers don't think and they place packages in front of the door, clearly visible from the street. I haven't given unfavorable review about delivery, yet. Main reason is that Amazon's options for choices. I may have to use "unprofessional delivery" option. How much trouble there is to knock?

I don't know what they did in this update, but the app is terrible now. It's almost unusable - it kept saying they were experiencing errors when I tried to place an order after this last update. It took several tries. Now, when I try to check on the status of an order, it gives the "Oops, something went wrong with this page," error. It's been several days. I hope someone is aware and fixing this...I've been a Prime customer for almost a decade and have never had so many problems.

I loved the app until about a month ago. At that time, and since, all I get are errors saying I cannot log in due to authentication. I've tried reinstalling to no avail. Watch out, they changed default setting to Subscription to sucker people into extra orders. If you select one time order & add to cart but open the item again before purchasing to look at something, it resets it to subscription even though already in your cart the way you want it. I caught this but others may not. Screenprint prices then watch over time. They increase the supposed list price just before sales to make it look cheaper.
