Everything was going great but it just stopped working out of no where I restarted the app and my phone and it still doesn't load.

I use this app on my Amazon firestick and also on my phone. The problem I have is when I use it on my phone when the show is on pause the toolbar disappears when the show is on pause the on my Amazon firestick the toolbar doesn't disappear. How do I get it to disappear on my firestick?

Primero empecé con la prueba y solo lo hice porque quería ver un partido en línea pero hoy me cobraron los 119 mensual siendo que ya había eliminado mi cuenta y en soporte dicen que tengo registrado dos correos el cual el otro jamás lo eh tenido !!! Siempre e manejado el mismo y su transa también está en que para recuperar la contraseña está a ese correo que no tengo, aparte les pido cancelar la subscripción y me ruegan que porque ya no quiero VIX haha no inventen tengo el vix gratis y me cobran
